The Hollywood Climate Summit is an annual multi-day conference that creates a community space for thousands of cross-sector entertainment and media professionals to take action on climate. We gather filmmakers, executives, artists, activists, climate organizations, scientists, and other experts for interactive programming and networking opportunities.

We’ll kick off the summit with Screenwriter Spotlight: Celebrating Climate in TV & Film: a panel featuring screenwriters from some of today’s most popular shows and films about how they integrate the climate crisis into their stories and have fun doing it. From inspiring heroic journeys to comedic punchlines, protagonists in any genre can grapple with climate change. Presented by Good Energy and UTA Foundation, in partnership with the Writers Guild Foundation and USC Annenberg Norman Lear Center’s Hollywood Health & Society (HH&S), the opening night event will take place at UTA. Party after!

Presented by Earth Angel and YEA! Impact, this is our annual party to celebrate the close of the Hollywood Climate Summit conference programming. Attendees can come dressed in their favorite thrifted/up-cycled wears, participate in green carpet photo opportunities, and enjoy a fashion show produced by Slow Fashion Festival. 

June 24th 4pm-8pm PST: Earth Sessions & Movement Workshop  – TICKETS HERE 

Presented by Intersectional Environmentalist and the CAA Foundation, in partnership with Walkgood LA, this program begins with a Walkgood LA yoga and movement workshop, followed by an event that combines art, activism, climate optimism and environmental education in order to hold space and create accessible and joyful moments for people with intersecting identities to find community and learn about climate justice.
